Kid is sired by multipul Grand Champion Palomino AQHA stallion 'LP Kids Yella Image', out of 'QRQ Docs Velvet Baby', whos bloodlines go back to 'Just Shameless'. He was going to be our resident stallion but due to some issues, has since been gelded.
Kid is the easiest horse I have ever broken in and worked with! The second ride he ever had, a beginner was aboard. He has an unflappable nature, and we cant wait to get him out in the show ring soon!

Maddy is the most recent asset to Mirra Paint Horses. We were lucky enough to have great friends that offered her to us for purchase in September 2010. She is only a young horse, but she should stand proudly up to her magnificent western performance breeding. Her sire is LP Kids Yella Image and her mother, Irresistoble, is sired by Noble TKO who is by the great Noble Tradition. We are very excited to have her as part of our Stud.

UPDATE - Maddy has had major surgery to repair a fractured P2 (or Short Pastern bone) on her offside hind. She now has a screw set in her leg, and recovery will be long and painful. We are hoping that Maddy will return to full work for the 2013 show year, but it is still unclear at this point if she is ever to be ridden again.
